Shido launches On-Chain Governance!
We are pleased to announce the successful launch of the Shido Network On-Chain Governance application.
Shido Network is now governed through a consensus of all stakeholders. This application enables stakeholders to create and vote on proposals, ensuring a collaborative and democratic approach to network governance.
Stakeholders can easily create proposals by connecting to the Governance application and making the required deposit. The voting period for each proposal is set at 2 days. To be considered eligible, at least 33.4% of stakeholders must participate in the voting process. A majority 'yes' vote is necessary for the proposal to be approved.
